Camera-Ready Submission
- Authors should prepare the camera-ready paper by considering the comments from the reviewers.
- The text should be proof-read by the authors before submission.
- The paper needs to be formatted according to the CEURART style. Use these links to access the templates in LaTeX and Word, respectively. LaTeX version is preferred. If you use LaTeX, use sample-1col.tex. The length of the paper must be at least 10 pages. The maximum allowed length is 15 pages.
- In order to publish the paper to the CEUR Workshop Proceedings, the authors should fill out and sign the author agreement form and the AI Statement (when applicable). You will be given these forms when you check-in for the conference to pick up you badge. Wet signature (with a pen) is required to complete your conference check-in process in Gjøvik.
- In case authors did includecopyrighted third-party material in their paper, then they should also provide a copy of the permission given by the third party to whom the used material belongs to.
- The source file(s) for the paper (LaTeX or MS Word), camera-ready PDF file, and a copy of the permission given by the third party (if using copyrighted material in the paper) should be submitted as a .zip file via Microsoft CMT by the 13th of August, 2024.
