Camera-Ready Submission
Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper! Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your camera-ready manuscript and copyright form are submitted correctly. Non-compliance to the following guidelines may result in exclusion from the proceeding publication IEEE Xplore.
The deadline for all final submissions is July 15th, 2026 at 23:59 CET. Late submissions will not be accepted. Also note that the page limit is a maximum of 5 pages!
Step 1: Verify Your PDF via IEEE PDF eXpress
Before uploading your final paper to CMT, you must verify that your PDF is IEEE Xplore-compliant using PDF eXpress. Papers that fail compliance cannot be published.
- Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress Website.
- Enter our Conference ID: 69584X
- If you are a first-time user, click “New Users Click Here” and enter your details. Otherwise, log in with your existing credentials.
- For each accepted paper, create a new submission, enter the title, and upload your source file (e.g., Word or LaTeX) or your PDF for checking.
- Once the status shows “Approved,” download the PDF eXpress-certified version of your paper. This is the exact file you must upload to CMT.
Step 2: Submit Your Camera-Ready Paper in CMT
- Log in to the CMT Portal and ensure your role is set to “Author.”
- In the “Action” column next to your accepted paper, click on “Submit Camera-Ready.”
- Double-check that your paper title and the full list of authors match your final PDF exactly.
- Upload the PDF eXpress-approved version of your paper.
Step 3: Upload the Copyright Form
A signed copyright form is required for publication.
- On the same “Submit Camera-Ready” page in CMT, look for the Copyright section.
- Click on the “Submit Copyright Form” link.
- Click the button to be redirected to the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) wizard. Complete the steps digitally.
- Ensure you receive a confirmation that the copyright has been successfully linked to your paper. The copyright submission counts as done if the paper has an eCF and the PDF receipt copy of that eCF is in CMT.
Important Reminder: Ensure that all author names, affiliations, and the abstract entered in CMT perfectly match the metadata inside your final PDF. Discrepancies can cause severe delays in indexing.
If you encounter any technical issues during this process, please contact the organizing committee at cvcs@idi.ntnu.no
Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you in September!
